Obituary of Kathleen H. Mechan

KATHLEEN 'KAY' H. BOLLERMAN MECHAN, a lifelong resident of Hackensack, died on Thursday, December 25, 2008, at Hackensack University Medical Center at the age of 84 years. Prior to retiring she was an Administrative Assistant in the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office. She was a parishioner of Holy Trinity R. C. Church of Hackensack. Beloved wife of the late Henry Thomas Mechan. Devoted mother of Thomas Mechan and his wife Denise of Township of Washington, William Mechan and his wife Betty of Emmettsburg, Maryland, and Kathleen Mechan of Hackensack. Loving grandmother of Christopher, Douglas, Kim, Michael and Jenny. Cherished great grandmother of Hannah. Dearest sister of Elizabeth Many of Tenafly, Florence Morrissey of Hackensack, David Bollerman of Hackensack, and the late Eileen McManus, Marion Buonagurio, Frank Bollerman, Herman Bollerman and Robert Bollerman. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, December 29th, at 11:00 AM, at Holy Trinity R. C. Church, 34 Maple Avenue, Hackensack with burial following at Hackensack Cemetery. Visiting will be on Sunday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 PM.
