Obituary of Anthony Bassano

ANTHONY " BUTCHIE" BASSANO, of Hackensack, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 19, 2014, at the age of 63 years. Prior to retiring he worked as a Machinist for Galler Seven Up in Hackensack for many years. Anthony was an original member of the Hackensack Band “Filet of Soul”. He was a parishioner of the Church of St. Anthony of Padua in Hackensack. Devoted son of the late Anthony and Marie Bassano. Dearest brother of the late Beverly Bassano. Anthony is also survived by many loving Cousins. The funeral will be from the funeral home on Thursday, October 23, at 8:45 AM. The Mass of Requiem at the Church of St. Anthony of Padua, 72 Lodi Street, Hackensack at 10:00 AM with burial following at Maple Grove Park Cemetery, Hackensack. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5:00 – 9:00 PM.
