Obituary of Timothy M. O'Brien

TIMOTHY M. O'BRIEN, of Hackensack passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 12, 2014, at the age of 76. Prior to retiring he worked as a custodian for the Maywood Board of Education for many years, he was a parishioner of Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Maywood. Beloved husband of Patricia A. (nee Barret) for 48 years, Devoted father of Maureen Grieco and her husband James, Christine Todd, Timothy O’Brien Jr. and his wife Concetta, James O’Brien and his wife Nicole and Barbara O’Brien. Cherished grandfather of Michael, Declan and Gianna. Dearest brother of Helen Finley. Timothy is also survived by several nieces and nephews. The funeral on Friday October 17, at 8:45 AM from the funeral home. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, 400 Maywood Avenue, Maywood, NJ, at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at George Washington Memorial Park Cemetery, Paramus. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 P.M. for visitation.
