Obituary of Viola C. Polifronio

VIOLA C. ROMAGLIA POLIFRONIO, of Hackensack died on Wednesday, March 19, 2008,at her home, at the age of 79. Born and raised in Garfield , she moved to Hackensack over 50 years ago to raise her family. She retired in 2002 after 30 years of service as a Hostess and Cashier in the Dietary Department at Hackensack University Medical Center . She was a parishioner of Holy Trinity R.C. Church Hackensack , and a member of the Holy Trinity Rosary Society. Devoted mother of Carmen Polifronio and his wife Ruth of East Rutherford , Laurie Ann Bado and her husband Thomas of Maywood, Joseph Polifronio Jr. of Saddle Brook and MaryAnn Weston and her husband Frank of Ridgewood. Cherished Grandmother of Danny and Ashley Polifronio and Stephanie and Elizabeth Weston. Dearest Sister of Mary Zocco of Hackensack, Joseph Romaglia Sr. and his wife Marion of Rochelle Park and the late Michael Romaglia. Viola also leaves behind several nieces and nephews. The Funeral on Tuesday March 25, 2008 at 8:15 AM from the G. Thomas Gentile Funeral Home, 397 Union Street , Hackensack , NJ . The Mass of Christian Burial will be offered onon Tuesday March 25th, at Holy Trinity R.C. Church , 34 Maple Avenue, Hackensack at 9:30 AM. with burial following at St. Nicholas Cemetery in Lodi . The family will receive friends on Monday from 2 – 4 and 7 - 9 PM.
