Obituary of Lucia D. Conti

CONTI LUCIA D. (Nee Picciallo). of Hackensack, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 30, 2015, at the age of 89 years. Prior to retiring she was a seamstress at Sally Gee in Ridgefield, she was a member and former treasurer of the St. Francis Rose Buds, a past commander of the VFW ladies auxiliary in Ridgefield and a parishioner of Holy Trinity R.C. Church, Hackensack. Beloved wife of the late Charles Conti (2008). Loving mother of Lucia Miller and her husband Fred of Hackensack, Carmine Conti and his wife Angela Tate-Conti of Hackensack, Patricia Conti of Hackensack and Angela Ryan and her husband Robert of Florida. Cherished grandmother of thirteen grandchildren and great grandmother of ten. Dearest sister of Michael Picciallo Sr. and his wife Louise of Toms River, sister-in-law of Rose DiMaria of Lodi and she is pre-deceased by four brothers and four sisters. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. The Funeral from the funeral home on Monday, May 4, at 8:45 AM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 AM at Holy Trinity R.C. Church, 34 Maple Avenue, Hackensack. Entombment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Hackensack. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 3:00 – 7:00 PM.
