Obituary of Mary A. Christensen

CHRISTENSEN MARY A. (Nee Bertone). of Hackensack, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 4, 2015, at the age of 77 years. Prior to retiring she worked in the Accountants Receivable Department for the Salem Paint Co. in Hackensack, she was a member of the Rosary Society at Church of the Immaculate Conception, Hackensack, and an avid Bingo player. Loving mother of Ken Christensen and his wife Maria of Ramsey, Linda Armeli and her husband Frank of Hasbrouck Heights and Mike Christensen and his wife Kathleen of Hasbrouck Heights . Cherished nana of Lauren, Joseph, Michael Jr., Alessandra and Hannah and great grandmother of Joey Jr. Dearest sister of Rose DiMassino of Hackensack and the late Michael Bertone and his wife Marian of Washington Twp. and John Bertone and his wife Jean of Lodi. Mary also leaves behind her long time companion Henry Orbach. A prayer service will be held on Thursday May 7, 2015 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Park Cemetery, Hackensack. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 7:00 – 9:00 PM for visitation.
