Obituary of Lawrence Bentman
Lawrence Bentman, of Hackensack, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 5, 2015, at Select Hospital in Rochelle Park, at the age of 72 years. Prior to retiring in 2009, he was an Insurance Investigator for the State of New York for 30 years. He proudly served his country during the Vietnam War and was honorably discharged from the United State Army. He was a member of the V. F. W. Post # 809 of Little Ferry. Beloved husband of Theresa White (nee Indelicato). Loving father of William White and his wife Susan of Hackensack, Denise Tedesco and her husband Michael of River Vale , Brett Bentman and his wife Katie of Grapevine, Texas, and Rhonda Bentman of Orlando, Florida. Cherished grandfather of Ashley,Samantha, William, Sarah, Hailey, Michael, Anthony, Grant and Bay. Adored great grandfather of Kiley. Dearest brother of Evette Hecht and her husband Marty of Salem, New York. Dear uncle of Matthew Hecht. Prayer Service on Friday, December 11th, at 10:00 AM, Reverend Gerard Graziano officiating, with burial following at Hillside Cemetery in Lyndhurst. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 PM.
