Obituary of Peter Rizzi

PETER RIZZI, 92 of Lodi formerly of Elmwood Park, passed away on January 1, 2016. Prior to retiring he owned and operated East Paterson Construction Company for over 50 years. He was a member of the Elmwood Park/Paterson B.P.O. Elks #60. He also was an avid bowler and especially enjoyed watching the Yankees. Beloved husband of 67 years to the late Viola (nee Trobiano) 2012. Loving father of Peter and wife Bonnie of Toms River, James and wife Dawn of Lodi, John and wife Carol of Millington. Cherished grandfather of Fara Daniels, Jaclyn Rizzi, Lauren Cornelius and her husband Dale, Janine Rizzi, Jenna Rizzi and JC Rizzi and adored great grandfather of Brianna Daniels and Lola Cornelius. Dearest brother of the late Moe, Dominic, Joseph and Nick Rizzi. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 5th at 10:00 AM at the funeral home with burial following at George Washington Memorial Park Cemetery, Paramus. The family will receive friends on Monday from 3 – 5 & 7 – 9 PM for visitation.
