Obituary of James V. Jannucci

JAMES V. JANNUCCI, a lifelong resident of South Hackensack, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 15, 2016, at the age of 92 years. Prior to retiring he was a self employed contractor and a ranger at Orchard Hills Golf Course in Paramus. Jim was an avid fisherman and loved golf. He was a member of the Republican Club of South Hackensack and a parishioner of St. Francis Church of Hackensack. Beloved husband for 68 years of the late Norma (nee Rinaldi) who passed away on Sunday. Devoted father of Jackie Ruta and her husband James of Manahawkin, Jody Pasqua and her husband the late Anthony of Little Ferry, and Jamie Jannucci of South Hackensack. Cherished grandfather of Jimmy and Stephanie, Joey, Anthony, Michael and Nicole, Vinnie-John, and Antoinette. Adored great grandfather of Joey, Vinnie, Colton, Olivia, Anthony, and Emma-Lee. Dearest brother of Teresa Napolitano of Emerson, Angelina Zeller of Florida, Patsy Jannucci of New Milford, Piorina Yannuzzi of Florida, and the late Rose Zeppone, Josephine Jannucci, John Jannuzzi and Frank Jannucci. The funeral for James and Norma will be on Monday, March 21st, at 10:45 AM from the funeral home. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00 Noon at St. Francis R. C. Church, 50 Lodi Street, Hackensack with burial at Hackensack Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2 - 6 PM.
