Obituary of Joseph W. Darmochwal
JOSEPH W. DARMOCHWAL, of South Hackensack, passed away on Sunday, August 14, 2016, at the age of 94. Prior to retiring he worked as a sheet metal fabricator for Experimental Metal in South Hackensack. Joseph was an Army veteran of World War II, he was a member of the South Hackensack Volunteer Fire Department, American Legion Post #170 Rochelle Park, VFW of Little Ferry, a member of the B.P.O. Elks of Toms River and a parishioner of St. Anthony of Padua Episcopal Church in Hackensack. Beloved husband of 71 years to Connie P. (nee Puglisi). Loving father of Eileen Becan and her husband Donald and Joseph Darmochwal and his wife Vanessa. Cherished grandfather of three grandchildren and great-grandfather of three. The funeral will begin from the funeral home at 9:45 AM. The Mass of Requiem at St. Anthony of Padua Episcopal Church, 72 Lodi Street, Hackensack at 11:00 AM with burial following at Maple Grove Park Cemetery, Hackensack. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 PM.
