Obituary of Ada Asala

Ada Muccio Asala, of Maywood formerly of Hackensack, passed away on Monday, August 29, 2016, at the age of 81 years. Prior to retiring she worked for Ideal Sausage and Garatano Coat factory in Hackensack. She was a parishioner of St. Francis R.C. Church, Hackensack and a member of their St. Pio Prayer Group. Devoted mother of Vincenza Lewis, Ralph Asala and his wife Lisa and Olga Arroyo. Loving grandmother of Shawn, Gabriella, Michael, Ralph, Ashley, Jesus, Christopher and Rebecca. Beloved great grandmother of Layla and Alayna. Dearest sister of Vanda Muccio, Anna Muccio, Angelina Muccio and the late Gennaro Muccio, Rosetta Giraldi and Antonio Muccio. The Funeral from the funeral home on Thursday, at 8:45 AM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 AM at St. Francis R.C. Church, 50 Lodi Street, Hackensack. Entombment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Saddle Brook. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4:00 – 8:00 PM.
