Obituary of Ivan Cano

Ivan Cano, of Miami Beach, Florida, formerly of Garfield, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 11, 2016, at the age of 83 years. He was born in Zapatoca, Colombia and came to this country in 1965 settling in Hackensack. Prior to retiring, he was a realtor for Nicholas Realty Company of Clifton. He was a parishioner of Holy Trinity R. C. Church of Hackensack. Beloved husband of the late Myriam (nee Caycedo) who died in 1989. Devoted father of Ivan G. Cano of Miami Beach, Florida, Myriam Cano-Molina and her husband Seydel of Garfield, and Humberto Cano of Bronx, NY. Cherished grandfather of Myriam, Victoria, Seydel, Ethan, and Claudia. Prayer service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday at 11:30 AM. The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 6 – 9 PM. The family will greatly appreciate any monetary contribution.
