Obituary of Florence Cerritelli

FLORENCE LORENZO CERRITELLI of Paramus, formerly of Toms River and North Bergen, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 7, 2016, at the age of 89 years. Prior to retiring, she had worked at Peter Freund Kinitting Mills of North Bergen. Born in West New York, she was a former parishioner of Our Lady of Libera Church where she was a volunteer, member of the Rosary Society and P.T.A. She was a parishioner of Holy Trinity R. C. Church of Hackensack. Beloved wife of the late Matthew J. Cerritelli. Devoted mother of Nina Halter and her husband Robert of Hackensack, Matthew X. Cerritelli and his wife Victoria of Dumont, and Cathy Bozicevic and her husband Boze of Howell. Cherished grandmother of Thomas, Joseph and his wife Marie, Wesley, Emily, Corine, Matthew, Katelyn, Michael and Mackenzie. Adored great grandmother of Liza and Sandro. Loving sister of Gertrude Peters of West New York and dearest sister in law of Patricia Lorenzo of Port Orange, FL. The funeral on Monday, December 12th, at 8 AM from the funeral home. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:45 AM at Holy Trinity R. C. Church, 34 Maple Avenue, Hackensack, with burial following at Madonna Cemetery in Fort Lee. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 PM.
