I worked for Joe for 25 years, he was one superior that coudld handle anything , I always said when the blank hit the fan you want Joe Reilly to handle it , and many of times other agencies depended on him, He handled any situation. He was though but a good man

Captain Reilly was a hell of a man, I had the Honor to work under him in the Hackensack Police Dept and he was a man's man and a good Cop who protected his men. Capt Reilly was a credit to his profession and a dedicated family man. My prayers go out to his Family for their loss.
