Obituary of Josephine B. D'Elia

Josephine B. Price D'Elia of Saddle River, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 9, 2017, at the age of 86 years. Born in Somerville, Massachusetts she lived in Hackensack prior to Saddle River where she lived for 44 years. She and her husband Joseph were the owners of the Innwood Manor in Teaneck. She was a parishioner at St. Gabriel's R. C. Church in Saddle River. Devoted to her family, she enjoyed arts and crafts, interior decorating, and especially cooking for her grandchildren. Beloved wife of the late Joseph D'Elia who died in 1999. Devoted mother of William D'Elia and his wife Gail and Ronald D'Elia and his wife Carol. Loving grandmother of Susan and husband John, Ronald and wife Jaclyn, William Jr., Jennifer and husband Jeff, Joseph, and Lauren.Cherished great grandmother of Anna. Dearest sister of Maretta Anzalone, Winnifred Nault a, George King and his wife Constanza, and the late Katherine Graff. The funeral onThursday, September 14th, at 9:45 AM from the funeral home. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM at St. Francis R. C. Church, 50 Lodi Street, Hackensack, with burial following at St. Joseph's Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 PM.
