Obituary of Mary Wysocki

MARY WITKEWICS WYSOCKI, of Hackensack, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 27, 2017, at the age of 94 years. Prior to retiring, she was a sales associate for PMC Industries of Hackensack. She was a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University of Teaneck, a graduate of the Center for Creative Living Counselor Program, and advanced her education with specialized science courses at Brooklyn Polytechnic Institute and Pratt Institute. She served as a member of the NJ State Medical Examining Board, counselor at Hackensack University Medical Hospital Mental Health Outpatient Program, counselor for the Hackensack Police Youth Bureau Program, volunteer at the Friendship House Psychiatric Counseling Center, and a member of the Women's Club of Hackensack. She was also a member of the Polish American Republican Caucus, the Kosciuszko Foundation, the Bergen County Humane Society, Audubon Artists and the Wildlife Rehabilitation Program. Beloved wife for 76 years of Kazmir Wysocki. Devoted mother of Peter Wysocki and his wife Nancy of Haworth and Suzan Altenkirch of Corpus Christi, Texas. Loving grandmother of Christian and Erika, Elizabeth, Peter K. and Andrew O. The funeral service on Wednesday, January 3rd, at 11:00 AM, at the funeral home, Rev. Steven McClelland officiating. Interment Hackensack Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 PM.
