Obituary of Antoinette T. Hobatuk

ANTOINETTE T. RUFFINO HOBATUK, a lifelong resident of Hackensack, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 22, 2018, at the age of 92 years. Antoinette worked for more than 43 years as the Hostess at Hackensack Golf Club of Oradell, retiring on her 90th birthday. She was a parishioner at St. Francis R. C. Church, the Golden Age Club of Hackensack, and the South Hackensack Senior Citizens. Beloved wife of the late Vincent P. Hobatuk who passed away in 2005. Devoted mother of Donna Lampone of Long Beach Island and Patricia Hobatuk and her husband Mark Pierce of Maitland, Florida. Dearest sister of Ida Zito, Mary Domine, and the late John Ruffino, Ross Ruffino, Connie Melillo, Jean Robb and Georgette Pfund. Loving sister in law of Ann Ruffino and Frances Hobatuk. Also adored by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and her cherished "Pookie". The funeral on Saturday, January 27th, at 8:30 AM from the funeral home. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM at St. Francis R. C. Church, 50 Lodi Street Hackensack with burial following at Hackensack Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday from 2 - 5 and 7 - 9 PM.
