Through the years, Walt had become more a good friend than just a brother in law to us. We remember the many good times with lots of laughter, which we will always treasure.
There was the pig birthday cake and his love of horses and horse racing. The newsboy cap and the black bag at his waist. How much he loved Hannah and believed she was a wonder dog with great talents.
Most of all we marveled at the enormous love and devotion Barbara and Walt had toward each other. Such a strong bond that aging and illnesses could not break. Thank you for loving Barbara and taking such good care of her.
Rest and be at peace now.
Your wonderful children will continue to care for Barbara. You were an outstanding role model. You taught them all about selflessness , love and kindness.
We will miss you dear friend. Love you forever “OTD”.
