Obituary of Nicholas L. Manzi

Nicholas L. Manzi, of Waldwick, formerly of Ridgewood, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on Sunday, November 18, 2018, at the age of 76 years. He had worked as an underwriter for W. S. Vogel Agency in Livingston. Previously he owned the Nicholas Manzi Agency of Ridgewood where he was an insurance agent for John Hancock Insurance. He was a veteran of the United States Army. Devoted father of Nicholas Manzi and his wife Annette of Hawthorne, Thomas Manzi and his wife Kimberly of Mahwah, Lauren Dunleavy and her husband Martin of Ridgewood, and Michael Manzi of Waldwick. Cherished friend for 20 years of Judi Neidenberg of Hillsdale and her daughters, Emily Lopez and her husband Fernando of Charlotte, NC, and Jennifer Rubin and her husband Josh of Austin, TX and their children. Adored grandfather of Nicholas, Carly, Emma, William and Abby. Dearest brother of Dr. Lawrence Manzi and his wife Donna of Spring, Texas. Prayer service on Wednesday, November 21st at 11:00 AM at the G. Thomas Gentile Funeral Home, 397 Union Street, Hackensack with burial following at Maryrest Cemetery in Mahwah. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
