Obituary of Michael Corbo

CORBO, MICHAEL. of Leonia formerly of Hackensack, passed away on Thursday, July 11, 2019 at the age of 92 years. Prior to retiring he worked as a machinist for Sandvik in Fairlawn for many years. He was a parishioner of St. Francis R.C. Church, Hackensack. Beloved husband of the late Ida (nee Iannotti) 2006. Loving father to Emanuel Corbo and his wife Susan of Leonia. Cherished grandfather to Christopher Corbo of Jersey City. Michael is also pre-deceased by 3 brothers and 7 sisters and survived by numerous nieces and nephews. The Funeral will begin on Monday, July 15, 2019, at 8:45 AM from the G. Thomas Gentile Funeral Home, 397 Union Street, Hackensack, NJ. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 AM at St. Francis R.C. Church, 50 Lodi Street, Hackensack. Entombment will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Hackensack. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 3:00 – 7:00PM for visitation.
