Obituary of Robert A Silvano

Robert A. Silvano, of Rochelle Park, formerly of Teterboro and South Hackensack, passed away on Tuesday, December 31, 2019, at the age of 80 years. Prior to retiring, he had owned Spanky's Italian Restaurant and Bar in Little Ferry. Previously he was a South Hackensack Police Officer. Bob enjoyed fishing, crabbing and going to the race track. He always had a smile on his face, loved life, and was loved by all. Beloved husband of the late Dolores (nee DeRosa) who passed away in 1996. Devoted father of Lori Ann Silvano of South Hackensack, Susan Adams and Elizabeth Lavoie both of Raleigh, NC. Cherished grandfather of David, Megan, and Chelsea, and adored great grandfather of Lillian, Max, Rylie and David. He was predeceased by eight brothers and sisters and is survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Visiting will be on Wednesday evening from 6 – 8 PM.
