My most wonderful Aunt Carm. Always a favorite visit. The best company sharing great conversations and so knowledgeable about current events.
Remembering fond memories. Her generosity. Always with a birthday cake, little trinkets to cherish. Her backyard an oasis of family gatherings.
She will be sorely missed.
Truly I loved her. Happy birthday.

Aunt Carm is a loving constant in our lives. We will miss discussing The Post and The News around the best candy dish this side of Hershey Park. She was a force of nature who did it all before anyone declared she could or that she was supposed to. Aunt Carm ran the family business from the well-outfitted office in her basement; created holiday and everyday traditions; anchored the extended family; baked an incredible chocolate layer cake which was my personal favorite; and always let you know you were loved. Aunt Carm was a very important part of our family and will always be remembered for her generosity and thoughtfulness. She never forgot a birthday and always made one feel special, welcomed and loved. Things that mattered to you mattered to her as well and she always made sure to ask about them. More importantly, she never had an unkind word for anyone and was the depiction of grace, respectability and kindness. We'll always remember how she always looked impeccable and smelled wonderful thanks to her signature Shalimar scent. She was a remarkable observer of pop culture and could always be counted on to have the most recent information about what was going on with most celebrities. That was always a lot of fun! On a final note, we will never forget that her favorite take-out order from Cubbies was a "Texas wiener all the way", which we were more than thrilled to get for her on occasion as it always made us smile! We will miss you dearly, Aunt Carm. ~Nick, Rosita, Daniella & Isabela

I will always have fond memories of Aunt Carm. She was kind, sharp, good natured, and always generous. Her relationship with her brother Sal (my grandfather) was a lesson in how close and loving siblings could be. She won't be forgotten!
