THERESA MARINELLO SWEENEY of Marlton , NJ formerly of Maywood and Hackensack . died on Thursday, August 9, 2007, at the age of 79. Before retiring in 1988 she worked for New Jersey Bell in Hackensack for over 35 years. She was a member of the Telephone Workers Union of New Jersey. Beloved wife of the late Frank E. Sweeney. Devoted Mother of Timothy Sweeney of Hackensack and Kathleen Griffin and her husband Robert of Marlton, NJ. Cherished Grandmother of Carolyn , Victoria , Ryan and Patricia. Dearest sister of Anna Parisi, Marie Mariniello, Joseph Mariniello, Anthony Mariniello, Deloris Mellett and Patricia Hartenstein. Theresa is also survived by several nieces and nephews. The Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Tuesday, August 14th, at St. Francis R.C. Church, 50 Lodi Street, Hackensack , at 11:00 AM with burial following at Maple Grove Park Cemetery in Hackensack . Visiting will be on Sunday evening from 7 – 9 PM and Monday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 PM.
