Obituary of Michael A. Sylvestri

SYLVESTRI, MICHAEL A., of River Vale, formerly of Hackensack, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 18, 2014, surrounded by his loving family, at the age of 55 years. He had owned and operated APS Trucking in South Hackensack for many years. Michael was a parishioner of Immaculate Conception Church, Hackensack. Beloved husband of Cynthia (nee Giannella) for 35 years. Devoted son of the late Augustino and Carmela Sylvestri. Loving father of Augie and his wife Michelle, Gennaro, Michael Jr., and Valentina. Dearest brother of James and the late Charles. He also leaves behind many loving family and friends. The Funeral on Friday August 22nd, at 8:45 AM from the Funeral Home. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, 49 Vreeland Avenue, Hackensack, at 10:00 AM. Entombment will follow at Madonna Cemetery, Fort Lee. The family will receive friends for visitation on Thursday from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 at the Funeral Home.
