Mrija Dushaj (nee Yuksanaj), of Hackensack, passed away on Thursday, December 24, 2020, at her home, at the age of 86 years. She was born in Theth, Albania and came to this country in 1968. Beloved wife of Ndue Dushaj. Devoted mother of Dila Pieternikaj and her husband John of Saddle River, Kola Dushaj of Hackensack, Paul Dushaj of Hackensack and the late Paul Dushaj. Cherished grandmother of Kristina , Kristopher, Kristic, Krishen, John, Mark, John Jr., and the late Michael. Dearest sister of the late Kola Vuksanaj.The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, December 30th at 1:00 PM at Our Lady of Shkodra Albanian Church in Hartsdale, NY with burial following at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Valhalla, NY.
