Obituary of William A. Green

William A. Green, of River Edge, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 22, 2021, at the age of 80 years. He had worked as a printer for Hygrade Printing Company of Caldwell. He proudly served his country during the Vietnam War and was honorably discharged from the United States Air Force. He was a sports enthusiast and enjoyed fishing, bowling and golf. Beloved husband of Hilda F. (nee Sanchez). Devoted father of Hernan Green and his wife Dominga of River Edge. Cherished grandfather of Adrian and Iker. Dearest brother of Michael Cougat and his wife Nancy of Saugerties, New York, Tina Cougat of Saugerties, New York, Margaret Green of Arizona and Patricia Green of Albany, New York. The funeral is private at the convenience of the family. The family prefers that you honor his memory with a donation to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
