Obituary of Sosamma Varghese

Sosamma Varghese, of Paramus, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 30, 2021 at the age of 68 years. Prior to retiring, she was a Licensed Practical Nurse for Cranford Health in Cranford, NJ. She was a parishioner of Shalem IPC Indian Pentecostal Church of God in Colonia, NJ. Beloved wife of John Varghese for 41 years. Loving mother of Betsy Jacob and her husband Tobin of Paramus, Blessy Jacob and her husband Tony of Paramus. Loving grandmother of Elijah, Reegan, Ethan and Christian. Dearest sister of Mercy John and John Varghese of India, Varghese Mathew and Raji of India, Daisy Kuruvilla and her husband John of India, Saji Mathew and Moni and the late John Mathew and Elsie John. Prayer Service will be held on Saturday, May 8th at 9:00 AM, at the G. Thomas Gentile Funeral Home, 397 Union Street, Hackensack, with burial to follow at Westwood Cemetery, Westwood. The family will receive friends on Friday, from 2:00 PM - 4:00 & 6:00 – 8:00 PM.
