Obituary of Vincent R. Grieco

Vincent R. Grieco, 95, of Allendale, formerly of South Hackensack, NJ , passed away peacefully on Saturday February 11, 2023. Prior to retiring, he worked as a Technical Writer for Bendix/Honeywell in Teterboro, NJ for many years. Vincent proudly served in the Army Air Corp during and shortly after WWII, he was a member of the Honeywell Retiree Management Association, a board member of the Alpine Lake Lot Owners Association, senior leader of the Explorer Post #114, Teterboro, and a member of the Whittle Ones Wood Carvers, Garfield. Beloved husband to the late Marta M. (nee Heigl) 2022. Loving father of Vincent K. Grieco and his wife Larainne Koehler of Rockaway, NJ and Peter Grieco and his wife Maria of Hackensack, NJ. Cherished grandfather of grandson Chris and Lauren, grandson Anthony and Larissa and granddaughter Laura. Great-grandfather of Noah, Lucy and Roman. Dearest brother of the late Louis, Salvatore and Theresa Grieco. The family will receive guests on Saturday February 18th, 2023 from 12:00 – 2:00 PM for visitation at the funeral home. A prayer service will be held at 1:00 PM, at the G. Thomas Gentile Funeral Home, 397 Union Street , Hackensack , NJ . Burial will be Private.
