Obituary of Margaret V. Reinhagen

Margaret Veronica Reinhagen, passed away peacefully on April 17, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Richard, a fallen Hackensack firefighter, who was the love of her life. Margi was born and raised in New Jersey by her loving mother, Frances Picariello, and is survived by her caring brother, Donald Pfeiffer. She will be sorely missed by her children, Julie Chita and her husband Walter, and Keith Reinhagen and his wife Toni. She was a loving grandmother to Taylor Nabatoff and her husband Andrew and their children Noah, Theo and Margaux and to Anthony Carabello. She cherished time with her family and friends and loved them with all her heart. She grew to love her house and the weather in Florida but remained a Jersey Girl through and through. She loved bowling, traveling, shopping, and animals. A private Celebration of Life will be held at a future date. In lieu of flowers, anyone who would like to make a donation, Margi's favorite charities included local animal shelter or rescues or St Jude's Children's Hospital.
