Dear Ethel, so sorry to hear about Ron's passing and so sorry about not being able to get to the funeral home. Ron was such a sweet man. We had many talks in the sanctuary when you did not attend. Again, my deepest sympathies to you and your family.

Nancy and I are terribly saddened to hear of Uncle Ron's passing. Although we have lived in Minnesota for the last twenty years, we always looked forward to visiting and spending any time we could with Ron and my Aunt Ethel. Ron was a kind, patient and multi-talented man who always offered his time, friendship, and advice if ever you needed it. I'll always remember how willing and enthusiastic he was when he helped my friend Jim and I perform an emergency water pump and timing chain install in my father's old Lincoln convertible right in their Beach Haven driveway one summer. Knowing that I was mechanically inclined as well, and whenever I would have some time with him, he loved to show me what project he had going on in his garage or just tell me a relevant story about something he worked on during his long productive career. For me, it was just fun and engaging to listen to him speak passionately of the things that interested the both of us. We would like to send our sympathy and love out to Ethel and all of Ron's family as they mourn the loss of, and fondly remember their beloved husband, father, and grandfather. Ron will surely be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him and being a part of his life.
