Obituary of Arlene V. Pearson

Arlene V. Pearson (nee Johnsen), of Hackensack, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 17, 2024, at the age of 86 years. She was born in Bay Ridge Brooklyn, NY. Prior to retiring, she worked as a Bookkeeper for J & J Medical Group in Teaneck for many years, then she worked for 24 years at Valley Java in Valley Hospital in Ridgewood. Arlene was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church of Ridgefield formerly located in Teaneck and she was also a member and secretary for many years of Lodge Baltic Framat #360 of The Vasa Order of America. Beloved wife for 54 years of the late Raymond M. Pearson (2012). Devoted mother of Amy Lacko. Cherished grandmother of Gregory Lacko. Loving aunt of Virginia Sturmfels (Paul), Linda Fonti (Albert), and Ellen Schaper (Peter). Great Aunt of Five and Great-Great Aunt to Two. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, March 20th, at 12:00 Noon at the G. Thomas Gentile Funeral Home, 397 Union Street, Hackensack, NJ, with burial following at George Washington Memorial Park Cemetery in Paramus. The family will receive friends on Wednesday morning from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at the funeral home for visitation.
