Obituary of Ellen K. Egan

Ellen K. Egan, 92 of Washington Twp., passed away peacefully on Monday, April 29, 2024. Prior to retiring she worked as a Home Health Aide for many years. She was a parishioner of Holy Trinity R.C. Church, Hackensack. Dearest sister of Margaret Egan McGirl of Washington Twp, Dan Egan of Ireland and the late Ann Gallagher and the late Frank Egan and his surviving spouse Mary Egan. Ellie is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and one great-great niece. She will be truly missed by all. The Funeral will begin on Tuesday, May 7, at 8:45 AM from the G. Thomas Gentile Funeral Home, 397 Union Street, Hackensack. The Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Trinity R.C. Church, 34 Maple Ave. Hackensack, at 10:00 AM. Entombment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Hackensack.
