Obituary of Ronald Romano

Ronald Romano, of Hasbrouck Heights, formerly of Hackensack, passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2024, at the age of 80 years. Prior to retirement he worked as a Musical Director for St. Joseph R.C. Church in Paterson for many years, where he was also an ordained Deacon. Devoted son of the late Anthony and Martha Romano. Dearest brother to Joseph Romano and his wife Sandra and Virginia D'Elia. Cherished uncle of Joseph Romano Jr., Michael D'Elia and Jason D'Elia and great uncle to Garrett, Gianna, Jack and Liam. Ron will be missed by all. The Funeral will begin on Friday, May 24, 2024 at 8:45 AM from the G. Thomas Gentile Funeral Home, 397 Union Street, Hackensack, NJ 07601. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 AM at St. Francis R.C. Church, 50 Lodi Street, Hackensack. Cremation will be private. The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 23, 2024 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM for visitation.
