We remember Aunt Chippy, whose heart was as big as her laugh—loud, joyful, and always full of life. She was more than just an aunt; she was a force of nature, someone who could turn even the hardest days into moments of warmth and love. Her kitchen was where the magic happened—whether she was making a spinach pie or creating a beautiful St. Joseph's Table. She honored St. Joseph with such care and devotion every March 19th, and those celebrations brought our family together in the most special way.
Aunt Chippy had a tough life, but she never let that harden her heart. She told the truth, no matter what, and loved us fiercely. Her love wasn't just in her words but in her actions, like sewing Olivia's dance costumes with such care or making Jake feel like the "still handsome" great nephew every time she saw him. She prayed for Jake’s soccer games and Olivia’s dance competitions as if they were the most important things in the world and funny thing, her prayers worked!!
We will miss her deeply, but we know she’s watching over us, just as she always did. Aunt Chippy, we love you so much. Thank you for your endless prayers, your contagious laughter, your truth, and your love. Please keep watching over us—we’ll carry you in our hearts forever.
