Obituary of Rocco Tripodi

ROCCO TRIPODI, of Little Ferry passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, March 16, 2014, at the age of 85. Prior to retiring, Rocco worked for Ford Motor Company in Mahwah where he was a member of the UAW. He was a parishioner of St. Francis R.C. Church, Hackensack. Beloved husband of Domenica (nee Squillace) for 60 years. Loving father of Joseph Tripodi and Sandy. Cherished grandfather of Rocco, Jenna, Mikki, Joey, and Becca. Dearest brother-in-law of the late Carmelo Squillace and his wife Mickey, Carmella Scordo and her late husband Frank, and Rose Scordo and her late husband Paul. Devoted uncle of Jean and her husband Tony, Rosemarie and her husband Tom, Angela and her late husband Robert, Rosie and her husband Bill, Roseann, Joey and his wife Fran, and Frank and his wife Joann.The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Francis R.C. Church, 50 Lodi Street, Hackensack at 10:00 AM with entombment following at Fairview Mausoleum, Fairview, NJ. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5 – 9 PM.
