Obituary of Constance T. Zisa

CONSTANCE T. CIRELLO ZISA, “Connie”, of South Hackensack passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 15, 2014, at Hackensack University Medical Center, at the age of 86 years. Prior to retiring, Connie worked as a Travel Agent for many years. She was also an Entertainment and Dining Reporter for the Bergen Times local newspaper, with her own Column “Dining with Connie”. She was a member of the Bergen County Chapter P.W.P., the South Hackensack Senior Citizens Club and a parishioner of Church of the Immaculate Conception, Hackensack. She loved to travel the world and visit new and exciting places. She also enjoyed her Saturday nights with her close friends, especially being a Ballroom Dance Instructor. Devoted mother of Joanna Albrecht and her husband Bernie, Joe Zisa Jr. and Glenn Zisa and his companion Susan Brennan. Cherished grandmother of Joseph III, Stefanie and Glenn Jr.. Dearest sister of Victor Cirello. Connie also leaves behind her companion of over 23 years, John Guerriero. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, 49 Vreeland Avenue, Hackensack, at 10:00 AM with entombment following at Garden of Memories Cemetery, Washington Twp. The family will receive friends on Monday evening from 6:00 – 9:00 P.M.
