CLAUDIA P. ALZATE, 49, of Hackensack, passed away on Thursday, November 13, 2014. She leaves behind a daughter. Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 23, 2014 from 7 - 9 PM at the funeral home. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday at 4:00 PM at St. Francis R.C. Church, 50 Lodi Street, Hackensack. Private cremation to follow.
