Obituary of Stephen C. Anton

STEPHEN C. ANTON , of Hackensack, passed away peacefully, on Tuesday, January 8, 2013, at Hackensack University Medical Center, at the age of 64 years. He was a sell employed carpenter and owner of Stephen C. Anton Company of Emerson. A graduate of Emerson High School in 1966 he was co-captain of the football team. He served his country during the Vietnam War in the United States Army, obtained the rank of Sergeant and was the recipient of two Purple Hearts, the Bronze Star and numerous other war time medals and was Honorably Discharged in 1970. He leaves behind two daughters, a sister, and many numerous and special friends. There will be a memorial service on Saturday, February 9th, beginning at 2:00 PM, with a prayer service at 3:30 PM following with the presentation of the flag.
