Obituary of Marian C. DeMeo

MARION CARLUCCIO. DE MEO of Monroe formerly of South Hackensack and North Bergen . died on Tuesday, January 15, 2008,at her home in Monroe, at the age of 96. She retired from Consolidated Laundries in Jersey City were she worked as a Seamstress. She was a member of the Sacred Heart Society of Union City, NJ and Chosen Mother of the Year in 2004 by the Mesa Organization of Newark.She was a parishioner of the Church of the Immaculate Conception Church of Hackensack. Beloved wife of the late James De Meo. Devoted mother of Dorothy McNerney and her husband Frank of Iselin, NJ, Maryann Eckel and her husband Walter of South Hackensack, Carolann Mueller-Mabiog and her husband Eddie of Monroe, and the late Louis John De Meo. Loving Grandmother of 14 Grand Children and 33 Great Grandchildren. Dearest Sister of Angela Hogan and her husband William of Union City and predeceased by Fourteen Brothers and Sisters. The Funeral on Friday January 17, 2008 at 9:30 Am from the G. Thomas Gentile Funeral Home 397 Union Street , Hackensack , NJ . The Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM, at Church of the Immaculate Conception, Hackensack . Interment Holy Cross Cemetery , North Arlington . Visiting will be on Wednesday evening from 7 – 9 PM and Thursday from 2 – 4 and 7 - 9 PM.
