Obituary of Juan M. Garcia

JUAN M. GARCIA , of Hackensack, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 25, 2012, at Holy Name Hospital, at the age of 75 years. Born in Bogota, Colombia he came to this country in 1970 settling in Hackensack. He worked asa buildings and grounds mechanic for the City of Englewood. He was a very hard worker and could fix anything and was commonly referred to as Mr. Fix It. He was a parishioner of St. Francis R. C. Church of Hackensack. Beloved husband of Maria Eugenia (nee Martinez). Devoted father of Maura Martinez of Hackensack, Stevens Garcia of Hackensack, and Richard Garcia of Hackensack. Cherished grandfather of Gabrielle, Matthew, Rhemy, and Allison. Dearest brother of Edgar Moreno of Cliffside Park. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 12;00 Noon at St. Francis R. C. Church, 50 Lodi Street, Hackensack with burial following at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus. Visiting will be on Thursday evening from 6 - 9 PM.
