Obituary of Laura R. Ryan

LAURA R. RYAN, (nee Michalski), of Hackensack passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, April 20, 2014, at the age of 47 years. Prior to her passing, Laura was a dedicated employee with the EMS Division of Bergen County Vocational Technical School in Paramus for over 25 years. Laura enjoyed spending her time with her soul mate, Donald, especially at concerts. Her favorite band was The Grateful Dead. She was a very devoted wife, daughter, sister and friend; she will be greatly missed by all. Beloved wife of Donald D. Ryan for 23 incredible years. Loving daughter of Barbara and the late Edwin Michalski. Dearest sister of Mark Michalski, Paula Nowakowski and her husband Robert, and the late Michael Michalski. Adored daughter-in-law to Judy and the late Dennis Ryan. Cherished sister-in-law of Jackie Rebbel and her husband Bryan, Trisha Servillo and her husband Frank, and Tommy Ryan. Laura is also survived by many nieces and nephews. The funeral is on Thursday at 1:00 PM at the Funeral Home. Cremation services will be private. The family will receive friends on Thursday morning from 10:00 – 1:00 PM.
