Obituary of Teresa Graveley

TERESA DELA CRUZ GRAVELEY, of Hackensack, died on Monday, June 2, 2008, at the Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack, at the age of 79 years. Born in the Dominican Republic, she came to this country 50 years ago settling in New York City. She lived in Amsterdam, New York and Florida prior to coming to Hackensack in 1993. Prior to retiring, she was an inspector for Dic Tad Phone Corporation of Melbourne, Florida. She was a member of the Jehovah Witness of Hackensack. Predeceased by her husband Luis T. Graveley, she is survived by her children, Altagracia Graveley of Amsterdam, New York, Angel R. Matias of Hackensack, Susana Matos of California, Ralph Graveley of Schenectady, New York, Thomas B. Graveley of Schenectady, New York, Mariza Rios of Ocala, Florida, Julia Graveley of Amsterdam, New York, and Luisa Ramierez of Hackensack, a sister, Christina Martinez of New York City, 20 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren. There will be a Jehovah Witness service on Wednesday evening from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Visiting will be on Tuesday evening from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Wednesday from 11:00 AM to 12:30PM with burial following at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus.
