I’m a firm believer that GOD intercedes in our lives when we need it most. Marie, Gene, Pat and I met through our daughters
Bonnie Jean & Jannette who were classmates & friends,
We were in need of a place to live and Marie and Gene offered us their apartment upstairs. Over the years that we lived there,
We became very good friends, mostly because they were a great couple with similar values as we have.
Gene and I did many things together and became very good friends. Gene was a friend to all and a man’s man, always willing to help you understand things with clarity…
There is hardly a day that goes by that I don’t quote one of his pearls of wisdom. I not only thought of him as a very good friend, but rather as a special brother gift from GOD!
Gene, while it’s sad to lose you, I have the wonderful memories of our kinship! May the LORD hold you in the hollow of his hands!
