Obituary of Deirdre M. Scarpulla

Deirdre M. Pinto Scarpulla, of Maywood, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, January 3, 2017, at her home, at the age of 47 years. She was an Imaging Technologist at Valley Hospital in Ridgewood. Beloved wife of Pete Scarpulla for 22 years. Devoted mother of Benjamin Scarpulla and Abigail Scarpulla. Devoted daughter of Frank Pinto and his wife Janice and the late Rosemarie (nee Lukasiewicz). Dearest sister of Frank Pinto Jr. and his wife Ariel, Laureen Vasil Sucek and her husband Charles, Toni Scaletti and her husband Robert, and Greg Vasil. The funeral will begin on Friday, January 6th, at 9:00 AM from the funeral home. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:15 AM at Holy Trinity R. C. Church, 34 Maple Avenue, Hackensack with burial following at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 4 - 8 PM.
